As a CSR at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
As a P&C Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Intake and triage of existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS
- Driving complete, efficient, and professional resolutions for each client inquiry
- Expertly utilizing our internal and external platforms, including our CRM and multiple carrier portal systems (Progressive, Allstate, Travelers, Safeco, etc.)
- Identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities
- Identifying and following up on key retention opportunities
- Assisting in the development of processes and playbooks for the CSR team
- Working with our internal product and operations teams to improve our proprietary systems and processes for a best-in-class onboarding and customer experience
- Tracking and optimizing on key service metrics, such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT, retention, and escalations
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- An active P&C insurance license
- Multiple years of experience servicing personal lines auto and home
- Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center
- Experience cross-selling policies
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships
- Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred
- Call center or remote experience a bonus
- Bonus for Bilingual: communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers
