Operations Liaison
Job Description:
- work under the direction of the Managing Director to prepare financial plans
- coordinate the workflow through the creation and maintenance of systems
- assist in the daily function and activities with financial professional offices
- serve as a knowledge leader using financial planning expertise
- continually keep up with financial planning trends and identify relevant opportunities
- manage the documentation of processes and procedures
- professionally interact with financial professionals and their staff
- assist with the promotion of Spire Outsourcing’s services
- build and maintain relationships with CFP Board registered degree programs
Requirements:
- four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training in financial planning or wealth management
- collaborative and detail-oriented financial planning professional
- strong foundation in financial planning principles
- analytical thinking skills
- organizational skills
- experience with eMoney planning software is highly valued
- additional industry licenses such as a life insurance license or FINRA Series registrations are considered a plus
- preference is given to candidates who have graduated from a CFP Board registered program and who are either a CFP® certificate or actively pursuing the CFP® designation
