Job Summary
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data management tools to support business intelligence and analytics efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex ideas and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise reporting and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to optimize data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience using advanced features such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data management tools such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly
