Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing excellent communication skills to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with ease and efficiency
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer care and focus, assessing customer needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience

  • Manage multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and exceed expectations

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
