Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Remote Operations Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, resolving issues, and driving business growth. This is a part-time remote position, and you will be working from home with the flexibility to work 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch support to our customers, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and drive business outcomes
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform analysis of customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth

- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- May perform other work duties as assigned by management
Deals Activities Group
* Support the outreach group with analysis, sales tools, CRM, salesforce, and dashboard reporting
- Create and distribute communications and security to Southwest Business Group and Customers
- Provide customer service to Southwest Business Group and Customers by answering and managing customer and sales requests using CRM tools
- Help in creating and delivering onboarding and training materials for the Group
- Participate in impromptu sales initiatives, promotions, and planning
- May perform other work duties as assigned by management
Ground Activities
* Responsible for maintaining, supporting, and promoting Ground Activities in its responsibility to deliver a safe, reliable, low-cost product to our Customers through helping the development and assessment of internal and external customer insights related to item mishandlings, concise issue definition, creative solution deduction, and a comprehensive understanding of data models and analysis
- Perform analysis of external solutions to help make informed decisions on item mishandling response solutions
- Convey analysis and solutions that outline a clear understanding of the business case along with the broader impact across the broader functional group and Company
- Recognize need for initial or supplemental project resources
- Identify areas to improve functional execution and business process through a comprehension of Customer/process experiences, confirmation data, key requirements, and risk management
- Lead intermittent internal audits or reviews to ensure compliance strategies are followed
- Gather, organize, visualize, and absorb data including transforming raw data into meaningful data using data-driven programming languages and visualization software
- Lead and work with project teams and presentations to Management
- May perform other work duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and complete tasks with tight deadlines
- Great oral, written, and presentation skills required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer support or a related field
- Knowledge of CRM tools and salesforce
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
