Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with booking, changing, or canceling flights in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date flight information, including arrival/departure times, gate information, and baggage claims.
  • Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and a deep understanding of arenaflex's services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experiences and drive business growth.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using various customer service tools.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude.
