Responsibilities:
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
Becoming a brand or product expert:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services, enabling you to provide reliable support to customers throughout the purchasing process or troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintaining live chat best practices:
Ensure clear, correct writing and professional language in all interactions, respond to every customer query, make customers feel valued, and follow up with customers post-chat.

Essential Qualifications:
