Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, and email)
• Fulfilling requests, including but not limited to dining reservations, ticket purchases, and flower requests
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
• Working in a fast-paced, structured call center environment, navigating multiple systems simultaneously
• Communicating and writing in a polished, educated, and professional manner
• Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a call center environment
• Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries is preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM software and other tools
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• A private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction
• High-speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload
• A direct internet connection from modem/router to equipment via hard-wired ethernet cord, capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi Pods allowed)

• A competitive hourly rate, starting at $18.00 per hour, with the potential to earn a monthly bonus
• A $2.00 per hour shift differential for all hours worked after 7pm ET
• Full-time (up to 40 hours per week) 8-hour shifts, with the opportunity to work variable schedules, including afternoons and weekends
