Role and Responsibilities

As a Text Chat Operator, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via live chat, offering solutions and support for their inquiries. You will log in at the beginning of your shift, respond to customer messages throughout your scheduled time, and log out at the end. This position allows you to choose your own hours and offers the convenience of daily payment. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Providing accurate information regarding shipping, returns, and product availability
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Independent working capability with strong adherence to provided instructions
  • Availability to work at least 10 hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
