Experienced Full Stack Content/Communications Writer – External Relations & Public Perception

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Content/Communications Writer to join our team in Seattle, WA, United States. As a key member of our CTXR team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content for owned and purchased channels, including websites, emails, and other external communications. You will work closely with internal business stakeholders, including product owners, PR, and public policy, to develop scalable processes that increase the breadth of information shared with external stakeholders while reducing the time and effort required to publish high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Content/Communications Writer, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and maintaining the bar for external content, communicating with key stakeholders about the exciting work arenaflex is doing to protect customers from fraud, counterfeiting, and other forms of abuse.
- Assisting CTXR program managers and marketing team with copywriting, drafting and reviewing business documents, and editing grammar, style, and form to ensure they meet arenaflex writing standards.
- Creating a content plan in collaboration with the Customer Trust team program leaders.
- Leading internal reviews with Customer Trust executives and team leaders.
- Working with product, technology, and business teams to define content for external stakeholders, ensuring that external perception matches reality.
- Defining and creating new customer loyalty content, including blog posts, newsletters, stories, press releases.
- Acting as executive speech writer, including managing the creation and delivery of compelling executive-level presentation materials (slides, talking points, scripts, messaging documents, and customer stories).
- Identifying and networking with internal and external experts to help create content.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in communications or journalism.
- Experience in corporate communications, public relations, or external affairs.
- Knowledge and comfort writing in AP style.
- Experience writing website and/or blog content, including using CMS tools.
- Strong understanding of writing for specific target audiences and includes guidelines for brand voice.
- Powerful content creation or background editing.
MORE QUALIFICATIONS
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, or related field (or similar work experience).
- Experience working within a global team with remote partners.
- Experience working in an agile environment for content development.
- Experience with a markup language such as HTML or XML.
- You must provide a writing portfolio or complete a writing exercise.
- Strong commitment to action and ability to balance multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
