Job Summary
As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our contact center platform, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our customers and support specialists. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science, to deliver a world-class experience that sets us apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations
- Work closely with our external partners to integrate their solutions into our platform
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders, including executives, product teams, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform product decisions
Essential Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer-facing products
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and data science
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Familiarity with contact center technologies, including CCaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS, and CRM
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with global products and teams
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation
- Experience with product management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Certification in product management or a related field
