Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to data entry, reconciliation, and analysis. You will work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams to ensure that customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address discrepancies between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

  • Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
  • Analyze complex/escalated issues and perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements and vendor changes
  • Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
  • Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce
  • Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology and processes quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of TD Ameritrade systems and processes
  • Experience with Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field
