Job Description

As a Data Entry/Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Claims Management: Review and process claims, applying policy provisions and guidelines to determine eligibility and effective dates.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records, addressing complex issues and finding creative solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records, verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and speed

  • Review and process claims, applying policy provisions and guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex issues
  • Maintain accurate records, verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information

Essential Qualifications:

* Education: High School or GED (Minimum Required)

  • Experience: No prior experience required
  • Skills:

+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining speed of work, accuracy, and attention to detail + Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical, or hazardous situations + Ability to work with others in a team environment + Demonstrates ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a collaborative style + Demonstrates organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task + Demonstrates solid relationship management skills with internal and/or clients + Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Regulatory and Job Training: Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements

  • Additional Skills: Experience with data entry software, claims management systems, and customer relationship management tools
