Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving issues, answering questions, and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming customer inquiries in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Document customer conversations during calls using dictation software
- Engage with clients in a way that builds trust, resolves issues, and exceeds expectations
- Offer support and information to customers in accordance with arenaflex's policies and call guidelines
- Perform other duties as requested by management or team leads
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and share best practices
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
- Basic knowledge working with computers in a work environment
- Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps/sec up and down
- PC with 6 GB RAM or higher, dual monitors, and a headset with microphone (Windows or Mac compatible)
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer support experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer support tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
