Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer requests through various channels, including email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing.
* Collaborating with a global team of Support Professionals to ensure seamless customer support experiences.
* Demonstrating an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals and effectively communicating the value of arenaflex's products.
* Troubleshooting common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
* Automating tasks using tools like Zapier or writing browser scripts in JavaScript.
* Maintaining an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles.
* Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues.
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages.
