Key Responsibilities:

* Responding to customer inquiries through in-app chat, email, and other online channels

  • Providing exceptional customer support, including answering questions, providing sales information, and offering discounts
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilizing arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and resolve customer inquiries
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Job Details:

* Rate: $35 per hour

  • Requirements:

+ Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet + Reliable internet connection + Basic English writing skills

  • Skills/Background:

+ These are beginner-level live chat positions, and we provide comprehensive training + No prior paid live chat experience is required

  • Location: Remote work online (United States preferred)
