Job Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in addressing customer inquiries and concerns through live chat, email, and social media communication. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries, while also escalating unresolved matters when necessary. You will be empowered to research and provide solutions to customer queries, with comprehensive training provided for those without prior experience.

Responsibilities
