As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support, building sustainable relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:- Managing large volumes of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
- Seizing opportunities to up-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue
- Building sustainable relationships with customers, engaging them through regular communication, and providing personalized support
- Taking orders over the phone, ringing in orders into our POS system, and processing mail orders into our mail order system
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personality types and communication styles
- Customer focus and adaptability, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer support tools
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
- Experience with POS systems, mail order systems, and other customer support software
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
- Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of productivity and adaptability
