Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Social Media Creation Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating engaging social media content. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service via phone, chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creating high-quality social media content, including graphics, videos, and social media posts, that align with arenaflex's brand and messaging
- Developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and drive business results
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of social media campaigns
- Analyzing social media metrics and providing insights to inform future content and strategy decisions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A strong academic record, with a focus on graphic design, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
Preferred Qualifications
