Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and understanding
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, escalating concerns to senior team members as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide informed and accurate solutions to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 18 years of age or older

  • U.S. citizen or legal resident
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, psychology)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative, Certified Customer Experience Professional)
