Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our small business customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services
- Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters to enhance the overall customer experience
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication
- Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
Requirements
* Experience in a call center setting is preferred, but not required
- Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen and empathize with customers
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.50. Additional compensation for this role may include bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in arenaflex benefits, including:
