Experienced Customer Service Representative - Onsite at arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position is based on-site at our Richmond, Virginia location, where you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing innovative solutions to customer inquiries. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to address their questions, issues, and concerns. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Upselling products or services when required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven call center experience
- Typing speed of 25 WPM
- Proficient in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
- Ability to set up and configure a Router or switch
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills
Nice-to-haves
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- IT/Network certifications/degrees
- Experience in a customer service role
