Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and fax. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling pick-ups, tracing shipments, providing shipment ETAs, rate quotes, and freight charges
- Coordinating with internal departments, partners, delivery agents, brokers, and container stations to schedule shipments and handle customer issues
- Scheduling delivery appointments and handling re-consignments
- Coordinating communication with customers, drivers, and Accounts Receivable regarding Driver Collect and C.O.D. shipments
- Ensuring accurate billing of shipments
- Compiling and delivering custom reports; performing daily audits of reports
- Documenting all customer interactions for follow-up and record-keeping purposes
- Assisting customers with "My arenaflex" registration and utilization of our website
- Meeting the standards for all Key Performance Indicators (Call Quality, Process Knowledge Assessment, Adherence to Schedule, "Make Busy" %, Contacts per Hour)
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail
- Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and basic typing skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, working effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a team
- Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays
