Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative / Enrollment Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and facilitating enrollments in various benefit plans. Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls (70-90 daily) with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits and enrollments, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct outbound calls to verify information with healthcare providers and insurance companies
  • Utilize de-escalation skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner
  • Multi-task while speaking with callers and entering notes into the system to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment (70-90+ calls daily) for at least 6 months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM platforms and data entry tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the healthcare or insurance industry

  • Knowledge of benefits and enrollment processes
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
