Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Relationship Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through inbound telephone calls, resolving insurance-related inquiries, concerns, and questions
- Promoting digital self-service capabilities to enhance customer experience
- Taking ownership of each caller's needs, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand
- Assisting customers over the phone, utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
- Learning and mastering insurance products and processes in a training environment
- Committing to the training and work schedule, with a dedicated workspace free from distractions during work and training hours
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment while navigating multiple programs
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
