Compensation and Benefits
Our Premier Service Consultants earn a competitive salary with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid out in three installments. This position offers a unique blend of in-person and remote work, allowing you to balance your work and personal life while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Skills
* At least one year of customer service experience
- Call Center experience preferred
- Advanced typing/keyboarding skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with questions and concerns on all products and services
- Handle telephone and virtual customer contacts
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer impacting issues
- Engage with T3 support to resolve issues
- Maintain proficiency in billing, rate plans, and feature matters
- Identify and track issues to assist in root cause elimination
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- Proficiency in using various systems and tools to assist customers
- Must be 18 years or older
Education Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements
* At least one year of relevant customer service experience
- Previous Call Center experience is preferred
