Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to arenaflex products and services
  • Providing professional and courteous customer support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Building and retaining customer relationships, differentiating arenaflex from competitors
  • Identifying customer concerns or needs, resolving the inquiry or recommending the best solution
  • Partnering with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions of customer issues
  • Maintaining knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, and customer satisfaction
  • Providing customer service via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
  • Quickly and accurately assessing the urgency of customer requests and prioritizing accordingly
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints involving confidential and financial information
  • Serving as a liaison between customers and other arenaflex departments and vendors
  • Providing feedback about the usability of our services based on customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role
  • Previous contact center experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
  • Ability to type with speed and accuracy
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility to work a flexible schedule

Preferred Qualifications
