Job Overview

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, online chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Performing various data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participating in sales calls based on your experience and comfort level
  • Inputting data into company databases, including collecting and digitizing data from spreadsheets into digital formats

Responsibilities

* Answer customer inquiries via email, online chat, and phone, providing solutions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform various data entry tasks, including typing 35 words per minute, with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Participate in sales calls based on your experience and comfort level, utilizing your communication and negotiation skills to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Input data into company databases, including collecting and digitizing data from spreadsheets into digital formats
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide expert-level support to customers

Requirements

* Data entry ability to type 35 words per minute

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • The capacity to work without supervision and stay motivated while working independently
  • Ability in computer operations, including email, online tools, and software applications
  • A reliable internet connection and a dependable computer
  • A good mindset and readiness to develop professionally

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment

  • Experience with sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
