Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Maintaining positive patient relations and ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous
- Learning and understanding ETM software operation and billing and account operations
- Answering and documenting all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills
- Updating patients' insurance coverage as needed, printing courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebilling accounts after receiving insurance information
- Arranging financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed
- Performing other duties and assignments as requested
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment
- Ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience in retail and restaurant service
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems
