Customer Experience Administrator
Job Overview:
As a Customer Experience Administrator at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in overseeing all customer activity within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist Home Techs in maintaining the highest standards of service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported throughout their experience with arenaflex. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Customer Communication:
Accept inbound customer calls, leads, and return customer messages within 24 hours, ensuring that customers feel heard and supported. -
Job Scheduling:
Prepare and approve job proposals, follow up with customers for scheduling after deposit is received, and manage daily scheduling of Home Techs. -
Social Media and Website Management:
Update social media and company website with referral statements and job photos, showcasing arenaflex's commitment to customer satisfaction. -
Job Closure:
Close out jobs in all operational/accounting systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion. -
Automated Invoicing:
Send out automated invoices after job completion, streamlining the billing process. -
Communication with Stakeholders:
Maintain close contact with Owner General Manager, Service Techs, and customers, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric environment.
Qualifications:

Telephone Customer Service Experience:
Proven experience in handling customer calls, leads, and messages, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. -
Pleasant Speaking Voice:
A warm, friendly, and approachable tone that puts customers at ease. -
Home Computer and Internet Access:
A reliable home computer with a microphone headset and high-speed internet access, ensuring seamless communication and data management. -
Background Check:
Ability to pass a background check, ensuring the safety and security of customers and arenaflex staff. -
Public-Facing Skills:
Enjoy working with the public, with a desire to always exceed customer expectations. -
Desire to Exceed Expectations:

Log all Data into Lead Tracker Database:
Accurately log all customer data into the Lead Tracker database. 7.
Log all Data and Schedules on HouseCallPro and/or Workiz:
Manage customer data and schedules on HouseCallPro and/or Workiz, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
