Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving success for our senior living community partners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and schedule community tours
- Managing call lists, prioritizing outreach, and tracking interactions to maximize conversion rates
- Providing accurate and compelling information about senior living communities, offerings, and processes
- Documenting all outbound activities and prospect details accurately in the CRM system
- Meeting or exceeding outbound performance metrics, including call volume, contact rates, and tour scheduling goals
- Engaging with prospects empathetically and professionally, understanding their needs and providing tailored recommendations
- Handling objections, answering questions, and encouraging next steps, such as scheduling tours or follow-ups
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and share insights
- Maintaining knowledge of partner communities, services, and industry trends
- Adhering to company guidelines for data security, privacy, and compliance with all regulations
- Demonstrating initiative to proactively identify opportunities for improving outreach and engagement
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Outbound Sales or Call Experience: Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or lead generation preferred
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear, professional verbal and written communication
- Results-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed outbound KPIs
- Adaptability: Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing priorities
- Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical mindset to handle objections and resolve issues efficiently
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage call schedules and follow-up tasks effectively
- Empathy and Patience: Ability to connect with prospects and build trust through meaningful conversations
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and call management tools preferred
- Resilience: Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejection professionally

Shifts and Scheduling
Our shifts include:
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (MT)
- Weekends: Saturday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (MT) or 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (MT)
