Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated College Students – Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing customer policy change requests
• Securing all trailing documents from customers
• Completing Evidence of Insurance requests
• Documenting each customer contact in eAgent
• Taking premium payments from customers
• Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
• Returning all phone messages promptly
• Maintaining knowledge of new products
• Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful
• An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
• A great sense of self-starter with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge
• Bilingual skills (a plus++)
• A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
