Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while shopping for their pets. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your passion for pets and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the pet industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
