Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Agent - Remote, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our customers through online chat platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To succeed as a Chat Support Agent - Remote, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field, such as customer service, communications, or business administration, is a plus.
