What You'll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with a positive experience. Your passion for helping others and your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will make you a valuable asset to our team.
A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers' questions and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience
- Utilize your product knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Meet and exceed performance metrics and quality standards
What You Bring to the Role
* 1 year or more of call center experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to apply and explain it to customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
- Proficiency in computer software and technology
- High-speed internet (15mbps or higher) may be required for some programs

arenaflex is a remote company, and this role can be performed from anywhere in the United States. However, you must reside within 50 miles of Sacramento, CA.
