Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, your daily responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the financial services industry

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software and customer support platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
