Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
- Collaborate with outside shipping contractors to resolve domestic and international customer concerns
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve department goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
