Job Description
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex's customer support team, interacting with clients via live chat, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
