Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence teams to develop and implement data analytics solutions that drive business outcomes. Your expertise will help us to better understand our customers, optimize our operations, and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Driving complex data integration tasks that bring together data from disparate sources to make it available to business clients, including data scientists, analysts, and analytic users
- Driving adoption of advanced data integration methodologies and tools to large data sets to create solutions that can be applied in descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics
- Interacting with functional leaders across multiple and concurrent projects
- Developing and communicating solutions and options
- Serving as a subject matter expert for data assets and monitoring the ongoing effectiveness of data assets in use by business clients in self-service environments
- Supporting the ongoing development of the arenaflex data technology center and community
- May perform other task responsibilities as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Intermediate knowledge of both inductive and deductive reasoning and problem-solving approaches
- Intermediate knowledge in comparing and applying suitable data analytics and statistical methods for a business problem
- Intermediate knowledge of obtaining and ingesting data in both relational and non-SQL databases
- Intermediate knowledge in integrating, storing, and processing large quantities of data necessary for analysis and modeling
- Skilled in one or more data programming languages and open-source tools
- Skilled in one or more data integration and business intelligence tools
- Skilled in technology systems and architectures relevant to developing and maintaining self-service data assets
- Skilled in essential thinking and project management skills
- Ability to communicate in an engaging manner with strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt well to a variety of conditions and alter approaches/techniques if necessary to efficiently and effectively meet objectives
Education
* Required: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer or Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields of study; or equivalent degree experience
Experience
* Advanced degree experience, pro and specialized knowledge in: + Data analysis, advanced analytics, data technology, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or optimization project experience + Data pipeline, data technology, and/or applicable programming + Visualization and presentation development and delivery + Solving ambiguous and complex problems through systems thinking approach
- Preferred: Experience with AWS – Sage Maker, Model Monitor, Redshift, Dynamodb, Aurora
- Preferred: Experience with Python, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Teradata, Oracle, Postgress Database, NOSQL, Linux, Gitlab, Cloudwatch, Quicksight
