What Will You Be Doing?
The Sr Analyst, E-commerce Analytics, will guide arenaflex's website and mobile app strategic initiatives by providing ongoing reporting and analysis leveraging all web and app metrics and error analysis data to offer transparency and optimize our digital systems. This role will play a pivotal part in helping all e-commerce digital systems by producing comprehensive deliverables, providing insights, and maintaining data integrity. The e-commerce analyst will actively interact with key stakeholders across departments, including but not limited to: the Product team, Revenue Analytics, Marketing, Ancillaries, and IT to collaborate on delivering timely, accurate insights and ensuring tools, processes, and reporting are optimized.
Essential Functions
* Translate data into essential insights to drive growth across eCommerce, Acquisition, and Retention.
- Translate data into directly interpretable formats (including dashboards, and control reviews) that can impact key business decisions and prioritization in the Product Organization.
- Leverage multiple reporting tools and syndicated intelligence to identify trends and competitive happenings.
- Error analysis of all digital Products.
- Conduct ad-hoc projects, reviews, and analyses as determined by senior management.
- Weekly senior management reviews.
- Assist with data requirements for key projects.
- Continuously reveal reporting effectiveness, evolve current reports, and identify opportunities to automate and gain efficiencies in data collection and reporting where possible.
- Present data collected in an executive summary or presentation to leaders and provide insights or feedback.
- Ensure data accuracy/integrity is continuously maintained through weekly data acquisition, processing, cleaning, and auditing.
- Partner with the Product team and IT to ensure business needs are being met with well-maintained data architecture/mapping for seamless data flows.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
- Other Functions:
+ Assist in growing junior team members across the Revenue Analytics, Pricing, & Revenue Management groups to deepen the team's collective skillset and enhance overall performance around e-commerce and all Digital Products. + Lead change across the organization by enhancing directly owned processes & taking initiative to champion cross-functional opportunities.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce and Digital Analytics, with an established track record of delivering value through data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Inclined to resolve problems, own resolutions, and step up in management vacuums.
- Google Analytics Certifications are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Deep knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 preferred.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Experience with other reporting and error analysis tools, including Content Square, Dynatrace, and Noibu.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience organizing tips in these areas for others.
- Strong experience in private duty concerning decision-making and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and look to proactively head off obstacles.
- Knowledge of coding and design best practices is a plus.
- Experience in Azure Dev Ops is a plus.
