Job Summary
As a REMOTE Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions in a professional and timely manner. You'll work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the Single Point of Contact between clients and our business line, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain client focus at all times, adhering to Client Service Standards and taking ownership of all inquiries and concerns
- Provide status updates to clients throughout the process, ensuring transparency and clear communication
- Generate outbound calls to clients as needed, and respond to all inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Conference in Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed to resolve complex issues and answer questions
- Document interactions with clients in internal systems to ensure that other departments are aware of phone call/email conversations that have occurred
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance, and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* 3 years of mortgage experience, with a preference for mortgage closing/processing/funding experience (MUST HAVE)
- Knowledge of different types of loans, including FHA/VA, etc.
- Knowledgeable in the mortgage process flow and established SLAs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools
- Experience working with clients in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
- Certification in customer service or a related field
