As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Back Office and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Generating monthly and daily inventory reports
  • Assisting the Back Office and Sales teams with inventory and production-related inquiries
  • Supporting the CFO with reporting requests
  • Assisting the Controller with month-end closures
  • Conducting various data review and consolidation activities

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational background in accounting (a plus)
  • 1 year of related experience
  • Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change and manage multiple tasks with accuracy
  • Strong time management abilities and effective problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in working with arithmetic and mathematical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience working with data entry software and systems
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in additional software applications, such as Google Suite or Asana
