Job Summary:
As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and written communication. You'll work closely with customers to identify their needs, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, sales, and communication, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers, focusing on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
- Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Use appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
- Inform and educate new customers regarding billing/invoicing setup and billing/payment procedures
- Place outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of current or previous UMR Claims Processing System experience (UMR is a subsidiary of arenaflex)
- 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
