Key Responsibilities
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Learning our proprietary systems and processes, including scripted dialogue delivery and scheduling attorneys for hearings
- Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently, while consistently portraying our high standards of customer support
- Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, demonstrating your ability to drive results and exceed expectations
- Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team, fostering collaboration and open communication
