Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative - Group Benefits, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal customers, resolving technical issues, and delivering high customer value. You will work in a fast-paced environment, navigating multiple programs and using online resources to complete customers' requests. Responsibilities

- Technical Support: Demonstrate technical savvy to assist customers with website issues and troubleshoot technical problems. Utilize active listening skills to understand customers' individual needs and provide personalized solutions. - Customer Relationships: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with internal customers. Respond to benefit questions (Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Life, Supplemental Life products) and billing/administrative questions in a timely and professional manner. - Critical Thinking: Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly analyze and understand specific requests or customer needs. Leverage knowledge and resources to provide the appropriate solutions and ensure that customers' needs are met. - Compliance and Performance: Adhere to established compliance and performance processes, both verbally and in writing. Take ownership of ensuring that customers receive exceptional service, utilizing every touch point as an opportunity to build value and the arenaflex brand. - Scheduling: Work a flexible schedule, with training hours from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm PST, Monday - Friday. Post-training schedule will be assigned approximately 2 weeks before completing training, anytime between 8:00 am-8:00 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear explanations to customers. - Customer Service Background: A demonstrated background in customer service, insurance, retail, sales, or a related field. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop and enhance strong impactful customer relationships. - Computer Applications: Strong skills in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others. - Bilingual: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.

Compensation

The annualized base pay range for this role is $40,685 - $61,027. The base pay is just one component of arenaflex's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
