Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Representing arenaflex: Serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
- Building meaningful connections: Interact with customers via inbound calls, building strong relationships and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing stellar customer service: Assist customers with their needs, providing solutions and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handling various call types: Manage a range of call types and customer situations, which will be covered during paid training.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of six months of customer service experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service.
- Age requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: Must have a GED or high school diploma.
- Authorization to work: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
