What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Answering 100 or more inbound customer calls per day, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Scheduling 50 or more service appointments per day for customers, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Responding to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Directing non-service appointment calls to the appropriate personnel, ensuring that customers receive the right support and guidance
  • Utilizing multiple computer programs for dealership information and customer profiles, staying up-to-date with the latest systems and technologies

What's Required (Qualifications)

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Availability to work Monday to Friday with various shifts, ensuring that you can accommodate our customers' needs
  • A strong connection to the greater Houston metropolitan area, allowing you to easily commute to our remote office or work from home
  • A minimum of 6 months recent customer service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service and resolve complex issues
  • A high-speed internet connection and quiet home office, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from home
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical issues with various devices, staying calm and composed under pressure
