Director/Sr. Director, Growth Marketing – SEM, Paid
Job Description:
- Lead paid performance marketing strategy and programs
- Own paid search, social, display, media, programmatic and emerging digital channels
- Build a performance engine that scales efficiently across geographies and products
- Define and develop acquisition strategies across paid channels
- Drive experimentation frameworks for bidding, creative testing, and audience segmentation
- Be the owner for paid performance dashboards
- Partner with Marketing teams and Finance to refine attribution models
- Lead and mentor a global team of paid media professionals
Requirements:
- Typically, 10+ years in digital marketing
- Roles overseeing paid media and growth strategies
- Proficiency in harnessing new-age AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to inspire and guide diverse teams
- Ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
