Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing courteous, efficient, and personalized assistance to passengers utilizing various methods, including phone, chat, and email.
  • Assisting customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades, ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline policies and procedures.
  • Handling customer concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Informing customers about airline promotions, loyalty programs, and additional services, encouraging participation and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Documenting and maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in CRM system.

Requirements
