Job Description:

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using a state-of-the-art technology platform to manage customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in both French and English

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Calm and distraction-free home workspace
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology
  • Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
